RTX 4060 Ti Is Another Nothing Burger - You Pay More For Less

There’s no debating that over the past decade Nvidia’s BEST selling GPU series has been the X60 series. You got ahead and take a look at the data from the steam hardware surveys and you’ll find X60 class GPUs dominating the top spots. This is for good reason, these cards have come in at a price point that was within the reach for the masses and offering good performance, basically X80 levels of performance. However gradually Nvidia has been increasing prices on these GPUs and giving you less for your money, similar to what’s going on in other industries. It’s a prime example of shrinkflation, not only are pricing rising but you’re getting less for your money. The upcoming RTX 4060 Ti won’t even be as fast as an RTX 3080 it’ll probably be sitting around RTX 3070 levels of performance for about the same price and that’s a major disappointment. The RTX 4060 also won’t be any different as well. I can foresee these GPUs also not selling well, so either Nvidia can continue to keep up their stubborn position or they have to drop prices to move units.
